The Art of Storytelling in Romance

Storytelling is crucial in romantic fiction. Here’s how to master it:

Storytelling has always been part of who I am.
Long before I became an author, I fell in love with bringing characters to life through acting and writing. Whether on the page or in performance, I’ve always been drawn to emotion, connection, and the messy, beautiful complexity of people.
I started reading romance novels when I was eleven years old, and somewhere between those pages, I discovered the kind of stories I wanted to tell—stories filled with passion, tension, heartbreak, hope, and unforgettable characters. I write across multiple genres, but romance will always sit at the heart of my stories.
When I’m not writing, you’ll usually find me spending time with my five children, three grandsons, and the love of my life, Mr T. I’m also a little obsessed with vanilla cupcakes, red wine, art journaling, interior design, and dreaming up my next holiday.
At the centre of everything I write is one simple goal: to make readers feel something long after they turn the final page.
